Staff Profile and Information
The Teaching staff is exceptionally well trained and experienced. All teachers are, of course, registered with the Queensland College of Teachers. The 18 members of the teaching staff hold a total of 46 qualifications relevant to their teaching duties in the following proportions: Masters 3  Bachelor Degrees 19 Graduate Diplomas 18  Certificates 2.

The proportion of staff retained from the previous year, who also served for the whole  academic year was 90%.  The attendance rate for fulltime and part time teachers was 98% and for all staff 97%.



The Peregian Beach College takes enormous pride in all of its staff.

We are Noosa regions only non-faith based Independent College catering from Early Childhood to Year 12. The College peruses academic excellence and provides all students with the opportunity to succeed whilst focusing on the pastoral care of the individual, in a caring and supportive environment.


Our vision is to educate the individual for life-long success. Teachers, Teacher Aides, Administration, Ground and Bus staff all form part of our team focussed on this vision. As a team, it is our aim to provide all students at Peregian Beach College with the best possible care in an environment that optimises their learning outcomes.


The College aims to provide a clear focus on Learning as the core business with a peace-filled semi-rural feel. Peregian Beach College values excellence and connection in all that we do.

Working with Children

The Peregian Beach College is committed to the safety and well-being of children enrolled at the College. In accordance with sections 171 and 172 of the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 (Qld), The Peregian Beach College is dedicated to eliminating and minimising risks to child safety to effectively ensure the safety and well-being of children in the College’s care.


As a condition of employment in accordance with the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 (Qld), employees are expected to obtain and hold for the duration of employment, a current Suitability Notice (Blue Card).
